If you myself and
siercia, you know how many books we have. Well, we've decided we have TOO MANY books. We're going to be moving around some bookshelves, and divesting ourselves of some books. Do you want any of them? We currently have 4 boxes full, and are adding more to the collection as I procure more boxes!
If so, feel free to give a call and drop by to check out the BOXES AND BOXES of books.
What do we have? Well, I sure as hell ain't listing it all individually!
We have
Various Novels (Sci-Fi, Mystery, Other)
Lots of books on American History
A lot of books on business practices and planning.
Biographies (Bram Stoker!)
Memoirs (Edward Teller)
Non-Fiction, a lot of these.
Women's History (plenty)
I also have collections of military history books to give away, lots of Time-Life books on WW2, and Aircraft.
Also: A LOT OF WIRED MAGAZINES, circa early 1990's.
Come by, you can HAVE these if you want them. Give a call!
...and much muc

Date: 2006-09-22 02:45 pm (UTC)If you would like to just dispose of all of them now, an idea I just had is to bring them to Game Night - after everyone there picks through them, you can then take the remainders to the Goodwill in Davis, which does a big business in books and I'm sure would be glad to have them. You could take a tax write-off for them which would probably be at least as much as you'd get selling them.
