Hundred Pushups
Aug. 13th, 2008 09:44 amLast Friday was supposed to be Day 1, week 3.
I had tested at 28 overall, column 3.
I made it through 25, 17, 14 and had nothing left. I was tired. I simply had no more energy.
Because I was going to be up all night Saturday night (midnight-7am bike ride through Boston), and was WORN OUT Sunday, I thought I'd try Monday, but I still felt really run down on Monday. Yesterday was my day.
I was really unsure I had the strength to make it through Column 3, and while I considered going back to week 2, day 3, I thought instead I'd slide down to column 2 for week 3, so that's what I've done.
Yesterday
Set 1: 20
Set 2: 15
Set 3: 15
Set 4: 13
Set 5: 20
Total pushups: 83
I'm going to stick to column 2 (unless I suddenly start feeling awesome or something) for this week, and consider going back to column 3 next week. And hey, I'm still improving!
