I'd slacked this year for a while, to my detriment; my arms look skinnier, as does my chest, and I feel weaker. I'm back to pushups now. 10-15 is easy, 20-25 is do-able pretty much every time. Sweeeet.

I just made a tag for them. I tended to talk about them a lot last year, as they're quick, easy and convenient exercises you can do anywhere there's a floor or floor-like surface. :)
