One of those cusions for the big pappasan chairs... or a faux beanbag cover. What has me stumped is that is is $100 worth... Alpaca is expensive, but that is a lot of yarn...

Heheh, nope. Also, keep in mind, Alpaca may cost more here in MA than it does where you are. EVERYTHING probably costs more here.

a pad/form that you sit in your lap that holds your laptop at just the right angle/position to be able to use when sitting. A lapdesk kind of thing.

Well then... a wrist support comes to mind, but that wouldn't use $100 worth of anything that is a fiber... a lumbar cushion?

I'm actually going out of town right now. I'll see if anyone else comes up with ideas, and I'll spill the beans Sunday night or Monday. It's fun seeing what ideas people come up with. :)

Hah! Natalie actually pretty much figured it out on TIM the other day. She's making me a... "Gamer's Shawl." It's a big wrap for me to wear around my shoulders and down my arms, because I get cold at my desk playing games in the non-warm months. I'd stolen hers to wear a few weeks ago, and she caught me, and after she finished laughing, she asked me if I wanted her to make me my own. :)

You're probably right. After all, I have llamas and alpaca just a couple of blocks away and there are more than can be counted, and the mills to go with them. So I'm sure it cost more way out east where y'all are. haha
