Working out.

I have muscles now where I have not had them before, mostly in my arms and shoulders. Some of my clothing is starting to fit oddly, as my body is apparently changing shape. The weight-level on all the machines I'm using at the gym have gone up significantly in just the few months since I started back to working out regularly. It's been hard some weeks to make sure I stick to my mandatory "twice-a-week" schedule, but I've made time, even on the days when I haven't felt awesome. I am enjoying pushing my body to the point where it simply CAN'T lift that weight anymore. I love the feeling of being all wobbly because I've exhausted my muscles, and then the next time, really feeling that weight be EASIER to lift than the previous session.
It's fun to watch where this is going. My current plan is to continue on the use of the Circuit machines until I reach a plateau where I can't increase my lifting weights on my own, and then shell out for the 10-week power-lifting course at the gym to get past the plateau point.
Where will I stop? I don't know yet.
