For my first workout on our family YMCA plan, I:
Rowed 5000 meters
Leg Pressed 480lb.
Did some front-presses (125lb)
Did some chest-squeezy things (75lb)
Did some front-rows (140lb)
Sweated a lot. Sounds good. :)
