Argh no voice!

I just played Rock Band at an organized Rock Band night, held at Asgard, a cool bar in Cambridge! We started at 9:30. I just got home. My voice is SHOT.

Had a good time. Guitars are JUST like guitar hero. Singing is... singing. Drums are F'in hard to learn! I think I love it.

The drums are my fav, too. I'm amused that I can do the complicated stuff (for Medium difficulty) handily, but the bum-tish-thumpa-thumpa times infinity I just can't do.

We can confirm that Scirocco has billz-paying Rock Band skillz. Clearly the man to have in your band, playing cow bell or whatever. The band that failed twice on "Enter Sandman" should've paid him to drum.

Hahah. I gotta work on my drums, but I can do the basic stuff alright.

It occurred to me that Rock Band could EASILY fill in for my Karaoke Jonesing I've been having. Easily.

*cackle* Sounds like a blast...have to pick me up some night for it. (Although I'd probably only do vocals... my guitar hero skillz don't exist yet. ;-)
