My college roommate got a baby bunny (yes, a really live rabbit) for a gift in November 2006, played with him (or her?) for a month or two, then got bored. I have been taken care of her (of him?) ever since. I do not know what kind he is, he is just a regular ol' bunny. He can be held and is gentle and good natured. Her colors are white with tan spots and tan ears. You can have the cage too, which comes with a water bottle and feeding bowl. Please do not response if you are not committed to love and take good care of him. I am concerned that she is placed in a good home with love. Ah. I see. Knowing the folks who trawl craigslist's pet communities, I'm not suprised at all that this was flagged and removed. I would also hazzard a guess that the person in question received at least one email from a rescue organization trying to help them do this the right way. HRN and at least 2 other groups that I know of have volunteers specifically assigned to trawl craigslist for this sort of post and try to help people deal with their unwanted pets in an appropriate fashion. Hopefully that is what has happened in this case as well. I'm going to cross- post this to the HRN list to see if any of our folks caught it.
