Good News/Bad News

I got two good news/bad news things.

1: The real one. Bad News: The Jetta broke down Friday night with Jenn and Hannah driving it in the rain, I came and gave them my Golf, and nursed the Jetta back to hoo's house. Good News: The Jetta's Engine mount DID NOT break again, the exhaust downpipe did. That's "better", as it's designed to be a replaceable part. Bonus Good News: hoo lent me his Porsche 968 to drive while the VW's being fixed. *big grin*

2: The Joke. A doctor walks into a patient room and says, "I got good news, and I got bad news." OK, gimme the Bad news, Doc. "You've got terminal Cancer, and you have only a few months to live." GEEZ, what's the GOOD news? "You've also got Alzheimer's Disease." OH, THANK GOD. At least I don't have Cancer!


(No disrespect meant to anyone with family members suffering from Alzheimer's Disease, please don't hate me. I can't help liking jokes in poor taste.)
