LA!

Well, I survived my first Messiah. It went pretty well. The orchestra sounded.... off. I dunno, we could hear it from behind, but I have no idea how it sounded from out in the "real world", and hey, everyone stood up and clapped at the right places, so what more can I ask for?

Me? I only really screwed up once, when I tried to start singing with the Sopranos. The nice Tenor next to be elbowed me in the side about 4 notes in. As I told him later, "Hey, at least I got the lead-in note RIGHT. :)"

They asked me to come back and sing in their Spring Concert. I may just do that. :)
