If it was close to either any real racing, or skiing, I'd consider it. It's not real different weather from here, so it's not really worth it as a vacation home from that perspective, and unless "loafing" is your vacation goal, your list of activities can be a little limited by the region. It DOES have a lot of good wineries nearby. :)
