Weekend Choir

volksdragonHaving had only one week to practice the (admittedly easier) pieces for the church service this week, we did a much better job (I think) than we did at Xmas. The songs sounded a lot more confident and together on the songs.
It was pretty funny. I can never sing in the morning. I wake up, and even an hour later, my voice is crap, I can't sing any high notes. I noticed after an hour of warming up, suddenly my voice SHOWED UP and the notes I couldn't quite make in practice, they were FINE in performance, which is good because it woulda sounded like crap had I not made the notes. :)
