No modems needed
Jan. 11th, 2007 10:24 amWell, apparently I was jumping the gun last night when I posted to see if anyone had a spare DSL modem. Verizon has already sent me out a brand new DSL modem, AND uppped my line speed, AND cut my billing monthly rate, AND pro-rated us for the time we've had a crappy connection this month.
I must say, this is really the first time we've had any prolonged outage with the DSL that I can think of, and Verizon is really doing what they need to to keep an 8+year customer. Kudos to them.
PS: I don't need any spare modems, thanks anyways to those that responded. :)
