Yay Snow Tires

I [heart] snow tires. :) It's FINALLY snowing here. Driving in was much easier than with all-seasons.

I did some drifting in the parking lot today outside my company, including sliding into my garage. Hee hee. Snow's fun.

Oh yeah, great end to a fine day

Today was supposed to be the day I got out of work early, and drove Hannah down to her grandfather's house in CT.  It decided instead to be the day it snowed all over the place, which is fine, I don't mind snow.  I even left early!  I get to my wife's office, where Widget is, and her cough is terrible.  Like, WHY THE HELL DOES SHE ALWAYS GET SICK THIS DAMN XMAS PARTY WEEKEND bad.  Seriously, I think the past two years (and this one) she's been sick for this weekend.  *sigh*

She woke up from her nap still coughing, although she slept fine, and she's still pretty out of it.  So, no CT tonight, and most likely, unless she makes a miraculous recovery tonight while sleeping, none at all this weekend, and I'm sure that'll put her in a fine frame of mind.  So, yeah, there goes our nice relaxing weekend.  Wheeeee.
