Pushups are easy again

I'd slacked this year for a while, to my detriment; my arms look skinnier, as does my chest, and I feel weaker. I'm back to pushups now. 10-15 is easy, 20-25 is do-able pretty much every time. Sweeeet.

I can't conceive of how this could be good.
