heh. kinda smacks of either abject stupidity, or moles using reverse infiltration against PeTA. not sure how dumping already-dead corpses is animal cruelty, maybe there's something I'm not getting.....

I think you're supposed to properly dispose of carcasses, not leave them in a dumpster in a public location. :)

PETA deserves whatever bad press they can get. They are an evil organization who had admitted to supporting to actions of animal rights groups who engage in terrorist actions.
