Workouts

I've been slacking over vacation. I need to hit it hardcore on Wednesday again. I also need to work on cardio until at least up to the point I take my snowboard trip to Montreal at the end of January. Someone, MOTIVATE ME!

Conversely, I wonder if Zombies go for the better-muscled and healthy looking victims. Then again, a brain is a brain....

They go for the softer ones. There's more of them and they're easier to chew.
