Ooo! You are a good person to ask a bike question to:

I have a newish mountain bike. When I pedal hard it slips out of gear jumping between two different gears. I've had it into the shop twice to have them adjust the rear derailer, I've also tried to adjust it myself. I just can't seem to figure out the problem. HELP! :)
