Stage Two Fermentation (BEER)

Not Unlike Stage Two turbo kits for cars, Stage Two fermention is where you start getting BETTER PRODUCT. I siphoned all the proto-beer except for perhaps 1/2 quart from the first fermenter (big plastic bukkit) into the nice glass carboy, leaving behind a thoroughly chunky gloppy yeasty sludge. Ew.
