Success! (So far)

I now have approximately 5.5 gallons of Pre-Beer sitting in the nice plastic 1st-stage fermentation bucket, sealed up, and happily bubbling yeast farts into the little airlock mechanism plugged into the top. Success!

Nice! The first couple of days will see the most fermentation. It'll slow down a bit after that. So enjoy the show while it lasts. :)

We took a beer-making class some years ago. The process was interesting; the result was astonishingly fizzy.
