I busted out my large dumbbell last night (redundant with myself?) and had my workout. I managed to find exercises to hit my chest, back, abdominals, biceps and triceps. I'm not AS sore as if I went to the gym, but it was interesting to find how my supporting muscles were working, since I normally don't use free-weights at the gym. It was definitely better than nothing!
